Along with Music, his keen interest in Green Energy moved him towards establishment of 10 kWp Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Plant on the open terrace of his studio which is located at Veera Desai Road in Andheri West, Mumbai.

The challenge to keep the terrace area available for small functions, we utilized the existing superstructure arrangement to mount the solar Panels. Considering the space constraint, the existing structure was extended with additional supports. The work is carried out considering the aesthetics of the premises.

The real challenge was to make an earthing arrangement for an Individual’s SPV Plant in a Group society. The earth pits are installed in a small garden without disturbing existing habitat.

Mr. Shirodkar has extended lot of support during the execution period. The SPV Plant is generating the solar power to its utmost and ensuring the reduction in Electricity Consumption.
